We use various courier and delivery services across Jamaica to get items to you in the fastest time and most convenient way possible. With that said, delays are possible and so we ask you to allow a reasonable amount of time for the package to reach its destination.
Because some places in Jamaica do not have standardized home addresses, we may not be able to ship orders straight to your door. In such a case we will ship the order to the nearest town possible in your parish. When your order has been shipped we will send you an email to alert you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was supplied with a fault of our own. In the case we refund you your shipping costs this specific amount will not exceed the amount we paid to have it shipped to you. In the case the couriering of your return item is facilitated by us, the cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
• Clothing – Items of clothing which include skirts, shirts, pants, blouse, underwear etc. (Returns will only be accepted if the item was not as we described to you.)
• Perishable - These include food items and things like these that are decay or go bad quickly.
• Items on Sale – All purchases of sale items are final. (Returns will only be accepted if item has a defect we did not describe to you.)
